Doctor's Appointment | Despite her temporary move to Canada, Riley doesn't want to fall behind in her treatment for her back injury in hopes of extending her wrestling career. Her doctor offered to fly up to Canada to continue her treatment at another facility. Matt and Nick decided to fly out a day early to be with her at her appointment for support and to watch Ottilie during her treatment. They do their best to keep her in a happy mood despite what's going on with her and Kenny. Unbeknownst to her, Nick sneaks some texts to Kenny to keep him updated on how she's doing and how her treatment is going.

First Treatment | Riley travels to Baltimore for her doctor's appointment at the LifeMed Institute where Kenny was treated for numerous injuries. Riley meets with his former sports medicine doctor, who's one of the best in the country. After a consultation and running multiple tests, Riley begins a PRP treatment plan for a back injury that's putting her career in jeopardy. After receiving her first round of injections, her doctor than has her do a red-light therapy session and then a round of IVs. The doctor tells her he can't give a timeline of how much time she might have left in her career until her third round of treatments. Riley keeps Kenny updated through texts that go unanswered for most of the day.
