This is my fave Christmas movie! (But I love everything by rankin-bass tbh) honestly I enjoy it at any time of the year 😂 when I was little it filled me with so much awe & wonder, and that still holds true today! Despite being a Christmas movie about the life of Santa, there are sooo many Whimsigoth and Fairycore elements to this film! I mean just look at the character design!!! The Great Ak is also super pagan coded imo haha. I highly recommend if you would enjoy a more mystical, less stereotypical Christmas movie!
